The central hub at Mayuri Tech Park in Mangalagiri (Amaravati)—along with its five regional spokes across Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajamahendravaram, Tirupati, and Anantapur—was launched simultaneously by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu alongside Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran.
