Hope there is accountability for lagging behind and catching up with proper supervision more so by Deputy Chief Minister and Lokesh in charge of new Industries ?? as Naidu himself busy with Coalition with BJP and politics to stay in power !!
Unless the free bies are constrained and given only to workers and subsidies farmers to pay only to their workers as incentive to work it is difficult for formers to survive and to reduce unemployment and to teach dignity of labor to the population.
Besides that the middleman involvements even though difficult to control at least minimized. !!!
That applies also to apolitical corrupt ion as well arrogance of civil workers specially the police ??
The solution by necessity shall involve the youth the future and the treasury of the future of India as well as the whole world, with supervision by retired lesders of politicians as well as IAS, IPS along with other learned men and Women on Voluntary basis.
    At Best
