Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh is set to make a major push toward large-scale industrialization and job creation at the CII Partnership Summit 2025, scheduled on November 14–15 in Visakhapatnam. The state government today announced that 410 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹9.8 lakh crore will be signed during the two-day event, potentially generating 7.5 lakh jobs across sectors.
Calling it a defining moment in Andhra Pradesh’s growth journey, IT and Industries Minister Nara Lokesh said the summit represents a three-way partnership between the people, the government, and industry. “Every MoU is not just an investment document; it’s a promise to our youth. When companies choose Andhra Pradesh, they choose speed, trust, and opportunity,” Lokesh said. He unveiled the summit’s tagline — “Companies that choose speed, choose Andhra Pradesh.”
The upcoming edition, jointly organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), is expected to draw 300 overseas delegates from 45 countries, including G20 members, and feature 72 international speakers.
