Dubai: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu showcased the state’s growing investment potential at the CII Partnership Summit Roadshow held at the Indian Embassy in Dubai, attended by representatives from several UAE-based companies.

Presenting a detailed PowerPoint on Andhra Pradesh’s resources and opportunities, Naidu said the state is fast emerging as a key investment destination in India, supported by strong policies, infrastructure, and governance reforms.

“Just as Dubai leveraged technology to transform itself, Andhra Pradesh too is harnessing innovation and digital governance to build a new growth model,” Naidu said, recalling his early push for IT which helped India create global tech giants.

He said the state government is working toward the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat and Swarna Andhra by 2047’, building Amaravati as a futuristic, sustainable capital city—a self-sufficient, eco-friendly urban model developed through voluntary land pooling of 33,000 acres from farmers.

Naidu highlighted that Andhra Pradesh is now implementing 24 pro-industry policies, with more to come. The state provides instant approvals for credible investment proposals and is developing robust port, airport, and logistics infrastructure. With seven operational airports and nine more planned, Andhra Pradesh aims to become a national logistics hub with multi-modal connectivity—road, rail, air, and waterways.

He announced the establishment of the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub to nurture entrepreneurship under a ‘One Family–One Entrepreneur’ mission, and said Andhra Pradesh is aligning with India’s innovation-led future much like Dubai’s “Vision 2071”.

Naidu thanked the Sobha Group for contributing ₹100 crore to build a grand library in Amaravati, calling it “a testament to Andhra Pradesh’s credibility”.

Inviting UAE investors to attend the Partnership Summit 2025 in Visakhapatnam on November 14–15, Naidu said:

“Andhra Pradesh offers boundless opportunities across sectors—from aquaculture and horticulture to technology and manufacturing. If your proposals make sense, we’ll approve them immediately. Come, explore Andhra Pradesh, and be part of India’s growth story.”
