Startup Kadapa Centre Set to Offer World-Class Infrastructure Under P4 Model

From Our Desk

Kadapa: The upcoming “Startup Kadapa” Entrepreneurship Center is nearing completion under the state’s Public-Private-People Partnership (P4) model, bringing premier digital infrastructure and incubation tools to the YSR District. The initiative aims to serve as a high-tech launchpad for early-stage founders, work-from-home professionals, and MSMEs in the Rayalaseema region.

World-Class Infrastructure and Architecture

Advanced Engineering: Spread over 25,000 square feet, the facility has been constructed using modern Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) technology.

Events & Collaboration: The hub features a 200-seat auditorium, multiple conference halls, and dedicated collaborative workspaces.

Focused Workspace Units: The design incorporates private cabins, quiet idea pods, premium business lounges, and breakout zones.

Modern Amenities: The complex is fully equipped with twin elevators, high-speed internet, and energy-efficient HVAC systems.

Sustainability & Eco-Features: Built with solar rooftop compatibility and beautifully landscaped green spaces to maintain an eco-friendly campus footprint.

Strategic Funding and Corporate Alliances

The center is being developed at a total estimated cost of ₹12 crores, backed by a powerful blend of institutional grants and corporate support:

NITI Aayog: Provided critical institutional backing with a sanction of ₹3 crores.

Shirdi Sai Electricals: Contributed ₹4 crores under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Additional Industry Assistance: Corporate giants Adani and UCL have extended further technical and resource support to complete the project setup.

Integration with the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub

The center will be formally linked with the proposed Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Amaravati. High-level discussions are already underway to establish a smooth hub-and-spoke operational model. This link will grant regional entrepreneurs direct access to centralized venture capital networks, global mentorship databases, and intellectual property support channels managed from the state capital.
